What is Stego Rewards?

Stego Rewards is our version of a loyalty program. Shop socks to collect points. Then, redeem your points for discounts or free gifts at checkout.

Who can join?

Anyone can join for free!

How do I earn points?

You can earn points tons of ways - like referring a fellow adventurer, following us on social media, making purchases, and more! Browse all the ways you can rack up your points in the "Earn Points" section above.

How do I view my point balance?

Your point balance is located under the Rewards tab once you’re logged in (on this page!)

How do I redeem my points?

If you have enough points, you can redeem your points at checkout with our discount slider.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Nope, rack up as many as you'd like. Dream big!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses in the History section mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

Sit tight, they're one their way! It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Points from making a purchase will be available 30 days after the purchase date.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes! You can use our discount slider at checkout to redeem your points for a discount.

How do I get free shipping?

Free US Economy shipping is a complimentary perk of being a Stego Rewards member. You do not need to redeem points to qualify for free shipping. Simply log in to your account, add items to your cart, and select the free Economy shipping while checking out!

Can I redeem my points and use a discount code on the same order?

Unfortunately, you cannot combine discount codes with points redemption. If you add a discount code to your order after redeeming points, we'll simply refund the points so you can use the code instead. However, you can always use a gift card when redeeming points!

How do I leave the program?

We'd hate to see you go! But, if you no longer wish to enjoy Stego Rewards perks, you can contact us and ask to be unenrolled. Note that your unenrollment will mean you lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

We'll welcome you back with open arms! Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. Unfortunately, your point total will start over from zero and we cannot add any points retroactively.
