Well, not the exact same pair for life (you should change your socks every once and awhile … you know, for hygiene reasons), but we do have a lifetime guarantee on every pair of Stego socks. If your socks have an issue, just drop us a line via the form below and we’ll contact you with next steps. We want to get you a new pair of Stegos so you can keep trekkin’ on.
Our lifetime guarantee covers:
- Product defects like fabric or seam issues and other manufacturer defects.
- Product damage over time like holes, seam busts, and other sock-construction damage.
Once your support ticket is opened, our Customer Experience Team will contact you and ask you to send photos of your damaged or defective product before you are issued a replacement pair. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in processing your submission. We do not accept returns of worn product. Please recycle your defective or damaged product after your warranty submission has been processed.
